Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Refund Raffle (the "Promotion") is sponsored by RayCover, [sponsor mailing address] ("Sponsor"). Questions may be sent to support@raycover.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.

3. Entry period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona) on October 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona) on October 23, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally, and every eligible entry has the same chance of winning, regardless of how it was submitted.

A. Free entry (no purchase necessary): Submit your name and a valid email address through the free entry form at the bottom of this page. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day (Arizona time) during the Entry Period.

B. Entry with an order: Each order with a merchandise subtotal of $10 or more (after discounts, before taxes and shipping) placed at raycover.com during the Entry Period automatically receives one (1) entry. Orders canceled before the drawing do not receive an entry.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, bots, or with false information, and entries exceeding the stated limits, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

5. Drawing and odds

On or about [drawing date], Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

1 prize will be awarded. Each prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to $100, as follows:

• Winning entry from an order: a refund of 100% of the amount paid for that order (including taxes and shipping), up to $100, issued to the original payment method. The winner keeps the merchandise.
• Winning free entry: the winner's choice of (a) RayCover merchandise with a total retail value of up to $100, shipped free to a US address, or (b) $100 paid by check or electronic payment.

Total ARV of all prizes: up to $100. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person.

7. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified by email, at the address used for the winning order or free entry, within 7 days after the drawing. A potential winner must reply within 7 days of notification, and may be required to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. Sponsor may require a winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

9. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion or violates these rules, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond its control affect its integrity, in which case Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the action. Entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, Meta, Ray-Ban, Oakley, EssilorLuxottica, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Promotion and is handled according to Sponsor's privacy policy. Submitting a free entry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

11. Winners list

For the name of the winner, email support@raycover.com with the subject "Refund Raffle Winners" within 60 days after [drawing date].
