Return & Refund Policy

At RayCover, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tobio3690@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no cost to you. Please email us at tobio3690@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tobio3690@gmail.com.
